Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you holding poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you. The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
A great way to start your day with a creative yoga flow, design to wake up your internal vibrations and help you tune into the rhythm of your body's voice. Stretching from north to south, east and west, a head to toe practice. We will flow to target key muscles so that we can safely and more comfortably begin to access these postures.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Great class for seniors, physical rehab or just looking to slow down and go inwards.

Meditation is an important tool of Yoga, the union of body, mind, and spirit. Daily meditation practice can decrease stress, enhance creativity, promote productivity and open our hearts spirit to the inner an outer worlds. Super conscious meditation promotes relaxation and a deeper more constant connection to our intuitive self. It supports us in seeing ourselves as whole and complete and in living harmoniously in the world around us.
This Vinyasa Flow style class will focus on poses to help detoxify your body. Cleanse and rejuvenate with breathing techniques, through twists and postures that flow to unlock the shoulders and hips for a better night sleep.
This is a beginner’s introduction class to Primary Series Ashtanga. The practice is a dynamic style that follows a set sequence of postures linked together with vinyasa designed to gradually build strength, flexibility, and endurance. We begin the class with a warm up of sun salutations that awakens our bodies and prepares us for the rest of our moving meditation. Next are the standing postures focusing on spinal twists, lengthening our hamstrings, and creating strength and balance. Typically finishing with some of the seated postures of the practice to wind down before closing with Savasana..
Balance Vinyasa is creative class focus on cultivating and containing chi (energy) in the solar plexus as well as strengthening legs and back, building endurance and bringing BALANCE from the inside out. Movement with stillness, effort with surrender, awareness with a sense of ease.
New passes can be shared with immediate family members (spouse & children).
